Chris Casselberry, Sr.
Business Leader • Entrepreneur • Founder of Living Unified
Building businesses. Building community. Building something that lasts.
For more than five decades, Chris Casselberry has helped build, lead, acquire, and grow businesses across Louisiana. Today, he is bringing that experience to a deeply personal mission: helping create a lasting community where people with special needs can belong, thrive, and live meaningful lives.
A Lifetime of Building
Experience earned over decades.
Chris Casselberry's career began where many family-business stories begin: working alongside his father.
At Pelican Office Supply, Chris learned business from the inside—serving customers, working with people, managing operations, and understanding that sustainable companies are built one relationship and one decision at a time.
When Pelican Office Supply was acquired and incorporated into Corporate Express, Chris remained with the organization. His responsibilities continued to grow, and he eventually served as a Regional CEO. He remained with Corporate Express until 2000.
That experience gave Chris the perspective of both a family-business entrepreneur and an executive inside a much larger organization—two experiences that would shape the next phase of his career.
Chris, left, with his family at Pelican Office Supply during his early years in Baton Rouge.
The Next Chapter
Back to entrepreneurship.
After leaving Corporate Express, Chris and his wife, Shelia, returned to entrepreneurship and founded Corporate One Source.
What followed was not the creation of a single company, but the development of a group of businesses through partnerships, acquisitions, and organic growth. Over time, that organization evolved into Corporate Green, LLC.
Corporate Green, LLC is the parent company of GreenSeasons, Bug Ninja Pest Control, and Big Bark Tree Care.
Chris is also a partner in Bayou Bookkeeping and Tax, Property Management of Louisiana, and C&S Farms.
The numbers, however, are not the point of the story. The experience behind them is.
Over decades, Chris has gained firsthand experience building teams, evaluating opportunities, managing financial resources, navigating acquisitions, adapting through change, and planning for organizations intended to endure beyond their founders.

Today
Living Unified
Chris is applying decades of organizational experience to building a community with an entirely different measure of success.
Eventually, the measure of success changed.
After a lifetime of building businesses and organizations, Chris began thinking about how that experience could be used to help build something lasting for the next generation.
A Personal Mission
Why Living Unified?
For Chris, Living Unified begins with family.
His granddaughter Rebecca has special needs. Like many parents and grandparents of people with lifelong support needs, the Casselberry family has had to think about a difficult question: what will Rebecca's life look like when her parents are no longer able to be there for her?
But the concern extends beyond housing or care.
Will she have friends?
Will she have a community?
Will she have things to look forward to?
Will she be known, valued, and included?
Will she have the opportunity to live a life filled with purpose and connection?
Chris began talking with friends and other families and discovered how many of them carried similar concerns. Families had spent years creating loving, supportive lives for their children while still wondering what the future would hold.
Living Unified grew from that shared concern.
The vision is to create a community where individuals with special needs can build friendships, participate in meaningful activities, develop a sense of belonging, and thrive throughout adulthood—while giving their families greater confidence about the future.
After more than five decades of building and leading organizations, Chris believes that experience can now be put to work on something far more personal. Living Unified brings together long-term planning, responsible stewardship, community partnerships, and a determination to build something designed to last for generations.
The goal isn’t simply to create a place to live. It’s to help create a place to belong.
